The G-Series couplings are designed to be interchangeable with the gas compression couplings from Rexnord Thomas and TB Woods while having similar mass, inertia, and stiffness. 

The G-Series comes standard with alloy steel hubs which allow for greater maximum bore capacity. Stainless steel discs are standard for excellent corrosion resistance. Also, the discs are scalloped to reduce forces from disc flaring and disc flexing.
